It passed inspection with no problems 2 weeks ago, but...
The transmission blew up today at 103968 miles. It will cost $1600-3000 to rebuild or replace the transmission. It also due a new timing belt/water pump which will cost $400+ dollars. It's tough to walk away, but I don't think it is worth fixing.

I put it on craigs list in within 2 hours I had 9 offers. Most every one was trying to low-ball me, but one guy offered me my full asking price sight unseen. He towed it away tonight.
He is going to put a tranmission in it and resell it, I'm sure he will double his money in just a few days.
wait...a dodge with a bad transmission!? thats unheard of.
