Added a new upgrade this weekend.

K&N Cold Air Intake. Complete kit swapped out the original air box in less than an hour.

Adds a nice growl and little extra punch.

* Bad Driver Alert *

So I was on my way to work yesterday and needs to stop quickly. It was one of those stretches of road were everyone drives 60 and then slows down for no reason and then you are doing 60 again. Anyway traffic was slowing and I new I was going have to brake hard, I knew I could stop, but I looked in my rear view mirror and could see a pickup truck gaining speed on me.

I stopped and I pull up next to the car in front of me on the left to give the pickup and extra 10 feet or so or the opportunity to go into the breakdown lane on the right.

SMACK... IDIOT!

I should have given him another foot because he didn't make any attempt to go to the right.

ARGH!!!!

I was rear-ended by a kid a few years back and he didn't have insurance. I called and hassle him until I got a few $ from him, but it wasn't enough to cover my deductible.

I have to wait till monday to get a police report. Hopefully this fool has insurance. He didn't have any insurance cards with him. I always call the cops when in an accident and get a police report for this reason, I might never see this guy again and without the report it's my word against his. Of course with a rear-end accident it is difficult to deny fault.

Oh well at least it is just cosmetic. Just a taillight and bumper cover.

I had the pleasure of going sailing for the first time with Big A's Dad, Brother, and Son this last weekend. We spent a couple hours sailing in Boston Harbor it was a different perspective looking back at the city from the water.

Nathan's New Ride

It's a 110 TaoTao. Electric Start, Remote Start, Automatic, No Reverse, Font Drum brakes, Rear Disk Brakes, and an extra complete set of plastic fenders (typical internet transaction, they sent the wrong color).

Most importantly to Nathan it has "bars" (rear rack).

Crap Box - RIP (2/17/2010)


It passed inspection with no problems 2 weeks ago, but...
The transmission blew up today at 103968 miles. It will cost $1600-3000 to rebuild or replace the transmission. It also due a new timing belt/water pump which will cost $400+ dollars. It's tough to walk away, but I don't think it is worth fixing.
